Meditation allows you to develop both spiritually and psychologically. If you are dedicated to your psychological well-being, learning to meditate is a vital part of this journey, and will allow you to gain insight into your own being.
Meditation will allow you to discover what your true motivations and needs are. Only meditation will help you to see deep within yourself to find out what causes you to think and behave in the way you do.
Meditation is more than just a higher form of relaxation, and because its accompanying risks and side-effects, serious instruction is necessary for any beginners who wish to start meditating.
If you are experienced in meditation and would like to meditate regularly, Christoph Müller leads the morning meditation each Monday from 6.30-7.30 in the Maximilianeum in Zurich.
